[1937]. There is a map on the back but I cannot
figure out what location it depicts.

Badge with a Japanese sword guard (tsuba) design. The top
suspension device has a cherry blossom design.

On the reverse: 'Showa 9 [1934] November, Imperial Guard
Division, 1st Division, 2nd Division, 14th Division. Kanto
Plains.'
An Army badge with tank and fighter planes on
the obverse. The reverse shows a rifle and
automatic gun crossed, superimposed on which
is an artillery shell. Above is the Army star and
blossoms are on the sides.
